Responsibilities

  • Gain theoretical knowledge in the following operational areas during the training programme, with the support of a professional manager: EHS, CI, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality
  • Three 4-month assignments to gain on-the-job experience through engineering rotations at the Budapest site. Areas: Engineering, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement, Production, Quality
  • Progress through specially prepared e-learning programme, in line with Training Modules.
  • Opportunity to visit and experience international facilities for benchmarking, networking and training purposes
  • International relocation following the 12-month training scheme.

  • Final year or graduated from a university with Bsc, Msc, PhD level
  • Hold or obtaining a degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Involvement in campus activities or/and professional groups and research
  • Flexibility to work in different positions during the rotation period (engineering, quality assurance, production support and supply chain)
  • Willingness to travel to complete the training period
  • Commitment to relocation to our pre-defined manufacturing site after the training period
  • Fluency in English or/and Hungarian
