Role Overview:

As a Value Stream Manager, you will guide and coordinate all manufacturing activities within a specific product line, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. You will manage resources, empower cell teams, and drive performance improvements through the Morgan Production System (MPS).

 

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

 

• Lead and manage the entire range of manufacturing activities within your Value Stream.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement and manage the Morgan Production System to meet customer and company commitments.
• Develop processes to improve delivery, quality, and cost using Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Support the Sales and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align customer commitments with current capabilities.
• Coordinate between operations and sales to ensure alignment with customer demands.
• Develop and manage Strategic Improvement Priorities (SIPs) and report on pro- gress.
• Lead continuous improvement events to eliminate waste and improve efficiencies

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:


• Team leadership experience with the ability to empower people.
• Experience in motivating and getting the best out of people.
• Experience in a hands-on engineering function within a lean manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Degree or qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
