物流仓库专员 （MTCS)

The Thermal Ceramics division designs, manufactures and installs a broad range of thermal insulation products that significantly reduce energy consumption and emissions in a variety of high temperature processing applications. 主要职责

1、负责接发货通知单，制作箱单通知相关仓库发货，并登记每日订单发货情况数据；
2、负责按照收发货流程，核对仓库和相关方的单据，根据实际情况在ERP系统中更新出入库数据；

3、负责核对线下生产缴库单和领料单与计划的差异，差异部分与仓库生产进行沟通，纠正错误方；
4、负责及时统计发货情况，并对未能按时发货的单据及时汇报；

5、负责按照盘点流程及时和相关方核对/盘点库存，差异部分查询原因分析提交；
6、负责外购入库产品通知质检检测和跟踪统计；

7、负责单据的整理、存档以及库存数据核对工作；
8、负责跟踪物流到货情况，若有异常问题和相关方沟通和反馈。

任职要求：
1、大专学历及以上学历，1年以上物流仓库工作经验；
2、熟悉ERP操作流程及Office常用办公软件；
3、高度责任心，做事细心有条理，执行力强；
4、具备良好的团队合作精神，和较强的沟通与协调能力；
5、具有较高的服务意识，性格脾气好，有耐心；
6、能吃苦，接受阶段性适量加班。
