Test Manager

The role of a Test Manager involves all aspects of a Dynamics 365 lifecycle. You will be expected to be involved in all test preparation activities and work with internal Morgan team members and team members from our third party partners.
The Test Manager must be passionate about testing quality and have a proven track record in delivering quality solutions to meet client requirements.
You will be expected to continually add to your knowledge and keep up to date with Microsoft’s changing platforms and new features – your knowledge will not be restricted to Dynamics but be expected to touch the greater IT landscape.
The Test Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of business resources in the creation of test cases, testing strategy, test execution and reporting on results. The Test Manager will support the D365 project team at all levels and work alongside Project Managers in the planning of testing activities. The Test Manager should also work in collaboration with the Data team to ensure data suitability and readiness for testing.
The Test Manager will also be responsible for the continued development, mentoring and training of direct reports.
