We're seeking a strategic and innovative Head of Product Management to empower our Thermal Ceramics EMEA business unit and foster growth and development within the team.

Location: Flexible in EMEA | Work Type: Hybrid/Remote | Travel: Up to 30%  

Your Impact:

• You'll take the helm of our product management team, ensuring we exceed financial targets and secure new product sales.
• Your strategic insight will identify and cultivate non-cyclical growth markets, positioning our products at the forefront of the industry.
• Collaboration with R&D will be key as you help create products that not only meet but exceed customer and market expectations.
• As a technical ambassador, you'll connect with key industry players, enhancing our visibility and market influence.

• A strategic thinker with a proven record in product management within a material engineering context.
• A fluent English speaker with additional European language skills adding to your communication prowess.
• Someone who thrives in leading international teams, with a keen eye for detail and the big picture.
