About the Role:

Looking for a strategic role with diverse responsibilities? As our Strategic Projects Manager EMEA, you’ll be instrumental in guiding transformation projects that resonate with our growth and regional strategy. From capital investments to M&A, you’ll have your hand on the pulse of pivotal changes shaping the future of our Thermal Ceramics EMEA business.

• Lead a variety of crucial projects, ensuring they align with our long-term business goals.
• Establish a clear project management framework to drive execution and communicate challenges.
• Engage with leadership teams to share insights and progress, influencing decisions that steer regional direction.
• Generate and present solid business cases to advocate for key initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

• An experienced professional with a background in managing and executing strategic projects.
• Adept at using project management software with proficiency in Office programs, particularly Excel.
• Comfortable working within a global business environment, with knowledge of various international market dynamics.
• Familiar with leading change initiatives, capable of navigating the company through transformation with effective communication and support.
• Advanced degree preferred, with project management certifications viewed favourably.
