The Thermal Ceramics division designs, manufactures and installs a broad range of thermal insulation products that significantly reduce energy consumption and emissions in a variety of high temperature processing applications. Our product offering is extensive and covers application needs from Industrial to Commercial markets.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities

• Virtual and physical files update / HR database administration.

• Support on recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes – “Employee Experience Cycle Management”

• Internal communication of policies and other notifications (HR Portals)

• Collaboration in the creation of Engagement initiatives.

• Benefits Administration.

• General and training events organization.

• Support in the management of hard HR processes (Ex: vacations)

• Payroll news report
Use of HR tools.

Qualifications

Profile: Advanced student of HR, Labor Relations or related careers, oriented towards constant learning in a generalist role in the area, • Use of IT tools (mainly Excel) • Creative; good communication, analysis and organization skills.

Desired: previous experience.

English language proficiency (Desired: Fluent)
