What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Champion health, safety, and environmental practices within all HR activities, underscoring our commitment to employee well-being and sustainability.
• Serve as a key figure for ethics and compliance, maintaining integrity and transparency across the workplace.
• Oversee strategic workforce planning and talent management to align with our business goals.

What You'll Bring:

• Demonstrable experience in Human Resources Management within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Italian labor law and robust experience in labor negotiations and employee relations.
• Strong capability in strategic planning and managing diverse HR functions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in both English and Italian.
