About the Role:

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Stourport Technical Ceramics team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities across EMEA and expanding our footprint in strategic sectors such as Medical, Semiconductor, and Clean Energy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Driving the development of new business opportunities, enhancing our presence in high-value markets.
• Customizing and applying engineered ceramic solutions to address specific industry challenges related to wear and corrosion.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure our product offerings meet market demands, utilizing materials like Alumina, Magnesium Oxide, and Silicon Carbide.
• Engaging with new and potential clients across Europe and the US, focusing on building long-term business relationships.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong background in business development with a track record of identifying and securing new business in technical or industrial markets.
• Knowledgeable in materials science, especially ceramics, with the ability to understand and communicate technical product information effectively.
• Independent work style, skilled in project and stakeholder management across international settings.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conducting negotiations and maintaining relationships with diverse clients.
• Prepared to travel as required to fulfil client and business needs.
