Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Wilkes-Barre, PA is actively hiring Production Associates on First Shift.   If you enjoy working in a diverse workplace with a focus on safety and quality, please apply to join our team today. Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Operate various machines and equipment to manufacture ceramic cores
  • Prepare, pack and visually inspect ceramic cores
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
  • Actively communicate with coworkers and supervisors to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Cross train in various operational areas

Qualifications

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English.
  • Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).
  • Visual acuity.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
  • Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).
  • Must be a:
    • Citizen of the United States, or
    • Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
    • Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
