Responsibilities

Full-time manufacturing positions available with generous  **SIGN-ON BONUS**

Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Twinsburg, Ohio just a short drive from Cleveland, is actively hiring Production Associates on First and Second Shift with flexible 4 or 5 day per week scheduling options.   If you enjoy working in a diverse workplace with a focus on safety and quality, please apply to join our team today.  Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Manufacture, pack and inspect products.
  • Operate various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
  • Cross training in various operational areas

2nd Shift  -  $17/hr

1st Shift   -  $16/hr

Qualifications

 Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English.
  • Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).
  • Visual acuity
  • Basic math skills
  • Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
  • Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (lift assist available as required).
  • Must be a:
    • Citizen of the United States, or
    • Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
    • Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
